Residential Cleaning

Since every home is different, each of my clients receives personalized pricing based on an initial assessment of their specific needs.

Standard/Recurring Cleaning

Standard recurring cleaning includes tasks like:

Kitchens: counters, sinks, backsplashes, floors, exteriors of cabinets and large appliances
Bathrooms: counters, sinks, toilets, bathtubs/showers, mirrors, floors
Living rooms/bedrooms/offices: surfaces wiped/dusted, floors, rugs, touch points

$10-$12/100 ft2

For spaces under 1000 square feet, my standard rate is a flat $100-$120 depending on the client's specific needs.

I provide discounts of 10% for biweekly recurring cleanings and 15% for weekly recurring cleanings booked in advance.

One-Time/Deep Cleaning

Deep cleanings can take as much as twice as much time as maintenance recurring cleanings, require more supplies, and require more specialized cleaning methods. Most recurring clients benefit from booking an initial deep cleaning when beginning professional cleaning services and booking additional deep cleanings several times a year. Deep cleanings include the standard recurring cleaning tasks as well as tasks like:

Kitchens: walls, interiors of large appliances* and cabinetry, baseboards, scratch covering, dishes
Bathrooms: walls, interiors of cabinetry, scrubbing grout, baseboards, specialized cleaning (e.g., whirlpool jets)
Living rooms/bedrooms/offices/other: walls, baseboards, laundry

For spaces under 1000 square feet, my deep cleaning rate is a flat $150-$250 depending on the client's specific needs.

I provide a 20% discount for deep cleanings booked as initial cleanings or as seasonal cleanings by recurring clean clients.

*Additional charges may apply for ovens, refrigerators, and other appliances in abnormal/extreme need of cleaning.

Move-In/Out Cleaning

Move-in/out cleanings vary considerably in time and supply requirements, but typically take longer than deep cleans, especially when appliances like ovens and refrigerators need extra attention.
