Since every home is different, each of my clients receives an initial quote within the price ranges outlined below based on their specific needs and my initial assessment of their home. The initial quote will always apply to the first standard cleaning and will typically apply to all subsequent standard cleanings. If any adjustments (either up or down) need to be made to a client's standard rate, this will always be discussed at the end of the first standard cleaning.
My cleaning services are charged by the job, not by the hour, and my rates are based on both the size of the home (square footage) and the features of the home (minimum and maximum ends of the price range.) Square footage is a convenient and consistent tool for estimating the time, supplies, and other expenses any given job will require, keeping my prices as consistent and fair as possible between clients. Please note that I do not break down my pricing by the square footage of each individual room. For more information about why and how I use square footage in my pricing model, please check out my FAQs.
Standard recurring cleaning includes tasks like:

Bathrooms: counters, sinks, toilets, bathtubs/showers, exteriors of cabinet doors, mirrors, touch points, floors
Living rooms/bedrooms/offices: surfaces, touch points, floors
$10-$15/100 ft2
I provide discounts of 10% for biweekly recurring cleanings and 15% for weekly recurring cleanings booked in advance.
My minimum rate for recurring cleaning is $150.
Deep cleanings primarily differ from recurring cleanings in the tools used (crevice brushes, paint scrapers, razor blades, squeegee for pulling pet hair out of carpet, etc.) and the time taken to ensure every element of a home is truly spotless. Deep cleanings additionally include tasks like scrubbing baseboards, scrubbing walls, cleaning the interiors of large appliances like ovens*, cleaning specialized items like tubs with whirlpool jets, touching up scratched or dull wood surfaces, and more. Many of these tasks are also available as one-time add-ons for recurring cleaning clients.
Most recurring clients benefit from booking an initial deep cleaning when beginning professional cleaning services and booking additional deep cleanings several times a year.
$20-$40/100 ft2
I provide a 20% discount (as a credit on the next recurring cleaning) for deep cleanings booked as initial cleanings or as seasonal cleanings by recurring cleaning clients.
*Additional charges may apply for unusually time-consuming cleaning of kitchen appliances, glass shower doors, natural stone surfaces, etc.
My minimum rate for deep cleaning is $200.
Move-in/out cleanings vary considerably in time and supply requirements, but typically take longer than deep cleans, especially when appliances like ovens and refrigerators need extra attention*.
$30-$60/100 ft2
*Additional charges may apply for unusually time-consuming cleaning of kitchen appliances, glass shower doors, natural stone surfaces, etc.
