Technology Setup and Troubleshooting

As a librarian with a master's degree in information science, I personally managed approximately 40 desktop computers, 4 laserjet printers, an oversized laminator, multiple scanners, projectors, microfiche scanners, and a wide range of library websites, databases, and other systems. I also oversaw equipment for checkout including over 35 student laptops, iPads, digital cameras, webcams, microphones, external hard drives, and more. 

All of that means I'm pretty comfortable setting up and troubleshooting most consumer-level hardware and software! I'm also very comfortable walking other people, including children and seniors, through how to use technology - teaching folks about technology is half of what I used to do as a librarian, after all. No matter what type of device you're trying to set up, I can almost certainly help you figure it out.
